North Korea appeared to step up preparations for testing a long-range missile, Kyodo News reported Friday, amid warnings from Tokyo that such a test would threaten Japanese security. An additional rocket section has arrived at a North Korean launch site within the last 48 hours, the Japanese agency said, citing U.S. military officials in Washington.
