Terra Industries Inc. (NYSE:TRA) announces its support of the Secure Handling of Ammonium Nitrate Act (H.R. 3197). The bill was introduced in the House of Representatives by Reps. Bennie G. Thompson (D-Miss.) and Curt Weldon (R-Pa.), and unanimously passed by the House Homeland Security Committee, Subcommittee on the Prevention of Nuclear and Biological Attacks.
