At least five bombs, most them packed in vehicles, detonated in and around Baghdad on Thursday, killing at least 40 people and injuring dozens, authorities said. In the latest attack, a parked car exploded at the outdoor Amin market in the capital, killing at least 10 people and wounding 10 others, police said. The explosion occurred about 9 p.m. in the al-Shaab neighborhood, a mixed Sunni Arab-Shiite neighborhood in eastern Baghdad, Lt. Thaer Mahmoud said. Full Story
