At least 21 people were wounded in Indian Kashmir on Wednesday when suspected Islamist militants lobbed a grenade at a tourist bus, police said, in the second attack on tourists in a week. The attack took place near the famous mountain-ringed Dal Lake in Srinagar, Kashmir’s summer capital and a bustling tourist centre.
