Secret plans to protect Prime Minister Tony Blair from a terrorist attack were left in a hotel in the northern English city of Manchester, police said. Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said they received the documents from The North West Enquirer newspaper, which published the story after it was handed the misplaced files, but added that security had not been compromised.
