World Cup: 21 games at terror risk
Germany’s Federal Crime Office, or BKA, believes 21 of the FIFA Soccer World Cup matches are a very high risk for Islamist terror attacks. The at-risk games include matches with symbolic value (the opening game and the final) and those featuring the national teams of the United States and England, the news magazine Stern reported in its latest issue, which hit the newsstands Thursday. In a security assessment report, the BKA also deems matches including Poland, Spain, Australia and South Korea at risk, as those countries participated in the U.S.-led war in Iraq. Full Story
