Korea peace treaty may get stuck on drawing board

A peace treaty on the Korean Peninsula would be tough to get off the drawing board as long as talks on

North Korea’s nuclear ambitions remain deadlocked, analysts and officials said. The New York Times reported late on Wednesday that the United States is considering a new approach to Pyongyang that would include talks on a peace treaty at the same time as the six-country talks on dismantling its nuclear programs.
