Two British soldiers were killed by a roadside bomb as they patrolled in an armored vehicle near the southern Iraqi city of Basra on Saturday night, the Ministry of Defense said. A third soldier was injured. The ministry said the attack occurred while the soldiers carried out a routine patrol north of Basra.
