A man suspected of involvement in the 2004 Madrid train bombings is to be extradited to Spain from the UK. Moutaz Almallah Dabas’s challenge against extradition was rejected by two judges at London’s High Court. Lawyers for Syrian-born Mr Dabas, 40, who is a Spanish citizen, argued he could be the victim of human rights violations if he was sent back. Mr Dabas was held in Slough, Berkshire, last year after an extradition warrant accused him of helping the bombers. Full Story
