Sri Lanka’s Tamil Tigers called on mediator Norway on Tuesday to pressure the government to accept its conditions for returning to peace talks and said Colombo was fomenting violence by backing paramilitary groups. In an open letter to Norwegian peace envoy Jon Hanssen-Bauer, Tiger political wing leader S.P.
