A car bomb exploded Wednesday in a Shiite town north of Baghdad, killing at least 26 people and wounding 70 others, Iraqi police said. Initial reports said the bomb targeted a Shiite mosque in Huwaider, a town about five miles (eight kilometers) north of Baquba, which is 30 miles (48 kilometers) north of the capital. Full Story
