A Swiss investigator has issued an international arrest warrant for Iran’s former intelligence chief in the killing of an exiled Iranian opposition leader. A copy of the warrant, obtained Sunday by The Associated Press, demands the arrest of Ali Fallahian on grounds he ”decided and ordered the execution of Kazem Rajavi.” Rajavi, a member of the Mujahedeen Khalq armed resistance movement, was shot to death near his suburban Geneva home in 1990.
