Hackers cracked various levels of the Chinese government official Websites and changed information on the web pages 2,027 times last year, doubling that of 2004, Xinhua news agency reported. They changed more than 13,000 of the mainland’s Websites last year, one-sixth of which were government Websites. The attacks threaten the e-governments, said Du Yuejin, a vice engineer of the Coordination Center of the National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team. Full Story
