Jury Deciding the Fate of Moussaoui
A jury must now decide whether confessed al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui is a calculating terrorist responsible for the deaths of Americans on Sept. 11, 2001, or an al-Qaida lackey with delusions of grandeur who had nothing to do with 9/11. The jury of nine men and three women in Moussaoui’s death penalty trial resumes deliberations Thursday after receiving the case late Wednesday afternoon.
