Paris bomber jailed for 10 years
A French court has sentenced an Algerian man to 10 years in jail in connection with the 1995 Paris Metro bombings which left eight people dead. Rachid Ramda, 35, was found guilty of criminal association with a terrorist organisation. He had been charged with providing logistical support to those who carried out the attacks. He faces a possible second trial on murder charges. He was extradited from the UK in December after a 10-year legal battle. Full Story
