Venezuelan authorities have begun an investigation to determine who is behind the placement of a package containing explosives found by federal agents. The Interior and Justice Minister, Jesse Chacón, confirmed that members of the Intelligence and Prevention Services (DISIP) found 14 kilos of explosives Monday in Las Trincheras, a town 150 kilometers to the southwest of Caracas, reported The Associated Press.
