A bomb killed four civilians in Baghdad on Saturday and U.S. troops in the capital found the bodies of seven torture victims over the past 24 hours, police said. The bomb, hidden inside a booth used by traffic police, exploded at 6:40 a.m. as a minibus passed by in southeast Baghdad’s al-Waziriya neighborhood, police said. Full Story
