Argentine protesters partially lifted the last of two border blockades Thursday in a conciliatory step intended to spur talks on ending a feud over two wood pulp plants being constructed in neighboring Uruguay. Television newscasts showed automobiles and most trucks flowing freely across the bridge connecting Colon, Argentina, with Paysandu, Uruguay, but protesters said they would halt any trucks transporting building materials for the plants.
