A federal judge in New Jersey on Wednesday decided not to intervene in the contested takeover of U.S. port terminals by a state-owned Arab company. U.S. District Court Judge Jose Linares denied an injunction requested by New Jersey seeking additional review of the acquisition and said it was premature to order the federal government to turn over documents from a security assessment because a new 45-day review has already been ordered.
