London is midway between the devastating terrorist attacks in July and the next strike, Mayor Ken Livingstone said Wednesday, warning that the threat will continue for years. Suicide bombers killed 52 passengers on London’s transport system on July 7, and other would-be bombers failed in a similar attempt two weeks later. “We know there have been attempts since July. This is not something we have got through and is over and behind us,” Livingstone told a city committee that is reviewing the response to the July 7 attack. Full Story
