Tens of thousands of Lebanese Shiites shouted anti-U.S. slogans in a rally to protest the bombing of a sacred Shiite shrine in Iraq, and Iran warned the United States and Israel that they would face the wrath of Muslims following the attack. Speaking to a crowd of thousands on tour of southwestern Iran, Ahmadinejad pinned the blame for Wednesday’s bombing on “Zionists” and foreign forces in Iraq. “These heinous acts are committed by a group of Zionists and occupiers that have failed.
