A bomb fixed to a bicycle blew up near NATO troops in Afghanistan, killing the man riding it and a local Afghan and wounding 13 others including a German soldier, police said. It was unclear if the man whose bicycle exploded near an International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) convoy in the northern city of Kunduz was a suicide attacker, police commander Mohammad Razaq told AFP on Wednesday.
