Every bus, tram and metro carriage in Brussels will in future be fitted with a surveillance camera to boost public safety, Brussels Transport Minister Pascal Smet has announced. Currently just 20 percent of MIVB-STIB public transport vehicles or carriages have a surveillance camera installed.
