German state security agencies are reporting an increase to neo-Nazi violence, a newspaper reported Friday. The state Offices for the Protection of the Constitution reported that Germany witnessed an average of 2.5 extreme-right offences daily, the Stuttgarter Zeitung said in a story for its Saturday edition.
