A blast apparently aimed at a commercial building housing Ministry of Justice offices on Chaeng Wattana Road exploded Friday afternoon, injuring three persons. Apparently set off by remote control, a small C-4 device estimated to have weighed about one pound exploded at around 12:30 p.m. in Nonthaburi’s Pakkret district on the outskirts of Bangkok.
