Talks aimed at restoring power-sharing bodies involving rival Protestant and Catholic politicians will resume February 6 in a “decisive year” for Northern Ireland, British Prime Minister Tony Blair said. “This year, 2006, is a very decisive year for Northern Ireland,” Blair said at a press conference in Dublin with his Irish counterpart Bertie Ahern.
