‘Rebels’ attack Nepal police post

Two policemen and a civilian have been injured in Nepal after suspected Maoist rebels attacked a police post. Reports say the attack took place in Mahendranagar, near the Indian border and some 680km (425 miles) south-west of the capital Kathmandu. On Monday, the Maoists ended a four-month truce, saying the army was continuing operations against them. Full Story
