Iraq attacks kill seven policemen

Seven Iraqi policemen have been killed and 10 wounded in two attacks carried out by insurgents. Gunmen killed four policemen and wounded six others when they opened fire on a checkpoint in the Baghdad suburb of al-Dawra, police said. In a later incident, three policemen were killed and four others wounded when a bomb exploded near their patrol in Samarra, north of Baghdad. Full Story
