The Sri Lankan army says two of its soldiers have been killed by suspected Tamil Tiger rebels in the northern town of Jaffna. The soldiers were killed in two separate ambushes, on Tuesday night and Wednesday, the army said. The Tigers have made no comment on the incidents. About 20 soldiers have been killed in clashes this month. The violence has put the four-year-old ceasefire under heavy strain and peace talks remain suspended. Full Story
