It will only be a drill, but Homeland Security officials are concerned the public may think it is the real thing. That is why the agency is spreading the word that 300 personnel from more than 40 local, state and federal agencies will take part next week in a two-day drill simulating terrorists attacking Charleston with a weapon of mass destruction.
