Nepal’s Maoists extend ceasefire
Maoist rebels in Nepal have extended a unilateral ceasefire by one month, a statement issued by the rebels says. Rebel leader Prachanda said they were extending the three-month-long ceasefire to find peace. There has been no response yet from the government.
