Urgent steps must be taken to protect defence lawyers and witnesses in the trial of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, a rights group has urged. A statement by the US-based Human Rights Watch comes after recent murders of two defence lawyers and ahead of the resumption of the trial on Monday.
