Police launched new anti-terror raids across Melbourne yesterday investigating a group suspected of giving assistance to overseas terrorist organisation the Tamil Tigers. No arrests were made but police hope the early-morning raids on several houses will be a breakthrough in a case that has been under investigation by the Australian Federal Police and Victoria Police for months.
