The United Nations Security Council is to consider imposing sanctions on Ethiopia and Eritrea if they use force to settle their ongoing border dispute. Diplomats at the UN told reporters that a draft resolution, drawn up by Greece, could be voted on as soon as Wednesday. The draft calls for Ethiopia to accept a boundary commission decision that awarded a disputed town to Eritrea. Full Story
