Israeli planes dropped thousands of leaflets over the Lebanese capital of Beirut and its suburbs early Wednesday, denouncing Hezbollah guerrillas two days after some of the worst border clashes in years. Lebanese security officials said the roar of jets was heard over the city before dawn, followed by thousands of leaflets falling from the sky.
