Gunmen opened fire at a primary school in the town of Nusaybin in Turkey’s troubled southeast on Tuesday, killing one male teacher and injuring four other people, security officials said. Local official Ersin Emiroglu said the shooting appeared to be the result of a personal dispute and was probably not linked to recent political tensions in the region bordering Iraq, Iran and Syria.
