Recent security lapses at Newark Liberty International Airport have prompted officials to form a new task force that will meet weekly for the next three months to tighten anti-terrorism efforts. The step marks the first weekly security meetings among transportation, security and airline officials at Newark, though the airport was used by 9/11 terrorists.
