U.S. authorities on Thursday deported a Honduran fugitive wanted for the 1997 kidnapping and murder of the son of Honduran President Ricardo Maduro, authorities here said. Santos Padilla Bustillo, who was arrested on Tuesday in Washington, arrived in Tegucigalpa on a flight chartered by U.S. authorities along with dozens of his countrymen deported for other reasons, a Honduran Security Ministry spokesman told EFE.
