Ivory Coast rebels reject PM list

Ivorian rebels have rejected a shortlist of four prime ministerial names proposed by Nigerian mediators because their leader is not on it. Guillaume Soro has led the rebels since 2002 when they took the north of the country after a failed rebellion.
