A new medical report moved Augusto Pinochet closer to what would be his first trial in Chile for killings during his 17-year regime, a prosecutor said Wednesday. Prosecutor Hernan Quezada said that court-appointed experts have determined that Pinochet is fit to stand trial on human rights charges.
