Feds accuse SoCal men in scheme to smuggle missiles into U.S.
The package arrived in April, according to authorities. Inside was a proposal offering the sale of 200 shoulder-fired, surface-to-air missiles and a description of their prowess: the ability to target some of the nation’s high-powered military aircraft. The recipient was an undercover FBI agent involved in an international smuggling investigation, and now two Southern California men are facing conspiracy charges. Full Story
