A former Prime Minister and leader of his own faction Hizb-e-Islami or Islamic party of Afghanistan Gulbudin Hekmatyar who is wanted by the United States has called on the US-dominated foreign troops to pull out from Afghanistan, a Kabul-based newspaper reported Wednesday. “Like the former Soviet Union, the Americans want to occupy Afghanistan, and also arrest and torture Afghans,” daily Cheragh quoted a message from Hekmatyar as saying.
