Suspected leftist rebels opened fire on a commuter bus they apparently mistook for a military vehicle in northern Colombia, killing a mother and her daughter and wounding three other civilians, police said Tuesday. “An armed group fired indiscriminately against a bus traveling” late Monday near Granada, some 120 miles (200 kilometers) northwest of Bogota, Antioquia state police said in a statement.
