The Russian government intends to render financial assistance to the victims of the militant attack on Kabardino-Balkaria’s capital Nalchik on Oct. 13, Itar-Tass reported. The families of those killed during the attack are to receive approximately $4,150 each; those badly wounded $1,800 each, and those with light wounds will receive $900 each.
