Japan and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea agreed Wednesday to hold bilateral talks from Nov. 3 in Beijing, Japanese Foreign Minister Nobutaka Machimura said. According to a Kyodo News report, the talks will last until Nov. 5. and the two sides are expected to discuss a variety of issues including the solution on abduction and Korean Peninsula’s nuclear program.
