A MELBOURNE man arrested over the assassination of Sri Lanka’s foreign minister has vowed to clear his name and said he needs Australian Government help. Charles Gnanakone is in custody in Sri Lanka, accused of involvement in the August 12 murder of high-ranking politician Lakshman Kadiragamar and links to the guerilla terror group Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).
