Hizbullah Commander for the South Sheikh Nabil Qaouk accused the American administration of collaborating with “Israeli terrorists,” and said the political strategy adopted by U.S. President George W. Bush in Lebanon will bring misery to the Lebanese people. The Hizbullah commander was speaking on Sunday during a meeting with a delegation from Global Exchange, a U.S.-based international human rights organization.
