Visa U.S.A. Inc. is exploring ways to reward businesses that enhance their security practices to protect against credit card fraud and online scams, the company’s CEO said last week. Visa is looking to “make it financially attractive” for software developers to write secure applications, said John Coghlan, who was named president and CEO of the Foster City, Calif.-based company in July.
