PARIS The city of Paris has revamped its emergency plans following the July 7 bombings of London’s transportation system. Instead of preparing how to deal with a single attack, the new contingency plans assume several blasts similar to the four that killed more than 50 people in London, the newspaper Lib?ration reported. The changes were ordered by the police chief for the Paris region, Pierre Mutz, and come as Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy works on new antiterrorism laws to present to the cabinet next month.
