A suspect in the failed July 21 London bombing attempts who was arrested in Rome has left Italy to be extradited to Britain. Hamdi Isaac, who is also known as Hussain Osman, boarded a military plane that took off from Rome’s Ciampino airport at 12:12 p.m. (1012 GMT).
